The Best Rate Guarantee applies to the condo or hotel rate only. The Best Rate Guarantee protection will not apply to prevailing government fees and taxes. Lower rates must be publicly advertised fares available to the general public and exclude group rates, charters or other Travel Agent promotions not offered to the general public, including but not limited to travel agent rebates. To submit a Best Rate Guarantee claim complete all the information required on the Best Rate Guarantee claim form and mail to the address provided or email scanned copy to [email protected] within 72 hours of booking your accommodation. You will be asked to provide the lower rate amount and where the rate can be found. Lower rate must: i) be for the same accommodations and bed type and number of guests; and ii) be available for booking at the time My Vacation Card reviews your completed Best Rate Guarantee claim form. All Best Rate Guarantee claim forms must be submitted within 72 hours of booking your accommodations and verified by Vacation Card in order to qualify for the Travel credit or $300 Vacation Card. The Travel credit or $300 Vacation Card can be used to book accommodations through the Vacation Card website and is non-refundable, non-transferable and has no cash value. You have 18 months to use travel credit or card. Any unused portion of the Travel credit will be forfeited. Best Rate Guarantee program may be discontinued or changed at any time.
